Atlanta-based entrepreneur Raj Sardana, founder and CEO of Innova Solutions, has been named to the Forbes “Self-Made 250,” a newly released ranking by Forbes magazine recognizing the most successful selfmade individuals in the U.S. Ranked No. 85, Sardana is among 250 leaders across industries honored as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary commemorations. The list highlights individuals who have built their wealth and influence largely through their own efforts, with a focus on resilience, entrepreneurial drive, and long-term impact. He came as a student from India to Georgia Tech in the 1980s with just $100—an origin story that underscores the “distance traveled” central to the ranking. Sardana went on to build Innova Solutions into a global IT services company employing tens of thousands and generating billions in annual revenue. Other Indian American leaders featured on the list include Sundar Pichai of Alphabet Inc., Jay Chaudhry of Zscaler, and Hemant Taneja of General Catalyst.
