The 3rd annual “Run/Walk In Defense of Animals” was held on 15th September 2012 at St. Marlo Country Club. There was a great turnout, including our Indian community, to support our four-legged friends.

The Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America (APPNA) held a health fair with bone marrow registry. 407 patients were seen, and a donation was also made to a food bank.

The 16th annual IACA Festival of India was held on August 19 and 25, 2012 at the ICRC and the Gwinnett Center. Many types of activities were included for the whole family to enjoy.

The Gujarati Samaj of Atlanta staged its first Gujarati comedy play, Ajab Gajab No Adosh Padosh. Written and directed by Atlanta’s stage and TV actor Lakshmikant Pandya, it stresses family values among neighbors.
