Brian Kemp, Georgia’s new governor, has picked Ritesh Desai
for his Georgians First Commission; Desai is on the Appointments
Subcommittee. Desai is the founder and executive VP of Vanitywala.com, an Atlanta-based stone and cabinet importing business that
has operations in China as well. He also serves as an advisory
board member on the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity.
He is Public Relations Lead for BAPS in Atlanta and member of
the Government Relations National Development Cell for BAPS
Southeast region. Among the honors he received was a Special
Congressional Recognition from U.S. Rep. John Lewis.
