December 3, 2008—Condoleezza Rice travels to New Delhi and meets with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister Mukherjee.
Prior to her trip, she and Mukherjee met in Washington D.C. and signed the Agreement for Cooperation between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of India Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy.
