Seema Jain Wins Top Residential Producer Award for 2008
Seema Jain received the Top Residential Producer Award for 2008 from NAMAR, the North Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors—and this after winning the same award the previous year, in spite of the current housing market and economic conditions. She also made Top Producer Residential Sales 2008 from Virtual Properties Realty, and Top Real Estate Agent 2008 for Sugarloaf Country Club.
Not long after Jain and her husband bought a house at Sugarloaf Country Club, she decided to move into the luxury home real estate market, talking to everyone she knew and focusing on providing top quality service. A natural aptitude for entrepreneurship is the reason for her success, according to her mentor since 2000, Jagdish N. Sheth, Kellstadt professor of marketing at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. “Real estate is very much like matchmaking,” he has noted. “She's very good at identifying who will be the right buyer for the right seller and the right seller for the right buyer.”
Jain has received a Platinum Million Dollar/Elite Realtors Society designation every year since becoming a Realtor in 2003. Her 2007 sales volume was $16 million, and even in this economic climate, she has found ways through specializing in “short sales” to help homeowners avoid foreclosure.
