Neera Bahl reappointed to Georgia Board of Workers’ Compensation

Governor Kemp has reappointed Judge Neera Bahl to serve another four-year term as Appellate Judge and Director of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. The threemember Board constitutes the Appellate Division and is responsible for administering the Workers’ Compensation Act. Bahl also serves as the Chair of the Regional Advisory Council of the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. Bahl, who started her legal career in 2005, founded Neera Bahl & Associates (now One Path Legal) in 2009. She has interned at the Jimmy Carter Center (Human Rights Division), worked with U.S. Representative Denise Majette, and served as a law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Gail S. Tusan.
