Georgia Tech graduate Jhillika Kumar in Forbes 30 under 30

Jhillika Kumar, who earned her bachelor’s degree in computational media from Georgia Tech, has been named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list in the social impact category. She and Conner Reinhardt, also a Georgia Tech graduate, founded Mentra, the world’s largest neurodivergent employment network. While one in seven people worldwide are neurodivergent— including Kumar’s brother—the unemployment rate among neurodivergent individuals is 80 percent. With a 97 percent one-year retention rate, Mentra has connected dozens of individuals with new jobs through partnerships with 31 universities and employers in both the public and private sectors.
