Geetha Adinata is a daughter of immigrants, a cancer survivor, and an inspiration in her work ethics and methods, which focus on managing expectations and excellent communication. Upon joining Ford & Harrison, Adinata distinguished herself as a tireless advocate for immigration clients, and her successes led to promotion directly to equity partner and lead for the firm’s business immigration practice group. Her continuing success has led to her recognition by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
