Farooq Mughal on the Gwinnett County Community Outreach Board
Farooq Mughal has been appointed to the Gwinnett County Community Outreach Advisory Board by Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. A Mercer University graduate, Mughal is a public policy and government relations expert with 20 years of legislative experience. In his new role, he is tasked to liaise between residents from diverse communities, policy makers, and county commissioners, ensuring that government bodies are responsive to citizens’ needs. This Commission Board is charged with working to improve the quality of life of diverse community through increased participation in and access to county programs.
Mughal is managing partner at MSGlobal Partners, advising clients on policy and regulatory matters. His has been a legal aide to the Chief Assistant Solicitor General of Gwinnett County and served as 14th President of the FBI Atlanta Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association.
