American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) has announced Chandrakant “CK” Patel, past Chair of the Asian American Hotels Owners Association (AAHOA), as the recipient of the AAFD’s Total Quality Franchising Award for Lifetime Achievement. Patel will receive the AAFD’s highest individual recognition in acknowledgment for a lifetime of embracing collaborative relationships in franchising. Patel has owned and operated hotels in Atlanta for more than 35 years. He has served as Chair of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). Earlier, he held consecutive elected offices at AAHOA for 14 years.
