Good Sports: Graduating Student Displays Royal Challengers’ Jersey
Few members of this year’s graduating class at University of Michigan-Dearborn have probably heard of Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the IPL cricket team. But many have now seen a Royal Challengers jersey, thanks to longtime fan Likhitha Suggala.
After receiving her certificate for a master’s degree in computer and information sciences and being congratulated at the university’s spring commencement ceremony for graduate and doctoral students, Suggala held up an RCB jersey for everyone to see.
“Fifteen years strong, and still standing by my team’s side, true loyalty knows no defeat,” she wrote on Instagram, sharing the video.
