DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN?

1. NASA astronaut Don Pettit shared photos of the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj that he took from the International Space Station (ISS).
2. A school district in Fresno, California, made history by becoming the first in the nation to name a school after a Sikh human rights activist, Jaswant Singh Khalra.
3. President Trump said he will “gladly solve the Kashmir conflict once and for all” if Prime Minister Modi asks him to do so.
4. A U.S. immigration expert revealed that about 7,000 Indian students overstayed their student visas last year, the highest number from any country.
5. Former Seattle City Council member Kshama Sawant held a protest at the Consulate of India after she was denied a visa to visit her ailing mother, which she attributes to her past criticism of the Indian government.
(1, 2, 4, and 5 really happened.)
