1. Diljit Dosanjh became the first Punjabi singer to perform at the Coachella music festival.
2. India’s northeast state of Assam set a Guinness World Record by having 11,304 people perform the traditional Bihu dance at Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati.
3. Each participant in Assam’s world record was awarded ₹25,000.
4. In the first three months of this year, 675 Indians entered the U.K. illegally using small boats to cross the English Channel, more than any other nationality except Afghans.
5. Donald Trump said he likes fellow Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy because “he only has good things to say about President Trump.”
