Stars turn chefs during lockdown
In these last few weeks, Deepika Padukone’s Thai cuisine and Alia Bhatt’s banana bread, to name just a few of the culinary delights whipped up by the stars, were the real newsmakers! You see, with the film industry coming to a grinding halt because of the lockdown imposed in India to check the spread of the deadly coronavirus outbreak, many of our Bollywood celebs decided to don the chef’s cap and make the kitchen their workplace while remaining indoors. Alia also enrolled herself for a course in creative writing.
While Katrina Kaif posted a video of herself washing the dishes (in the absence of the househelp), Shilpa Shetty proudly announced that she swept her sprawling garden, as the gardener too was practicing social distancing!
