Stars come together for a cause…virtually
Madhuri Dixit Nene crooning Ed Sheeran’s Perfect with son Arin on the piano, Shah Rukh Khan’s special rap song also featuring his son AbRam, Akshay Kumar reciting a Hindi poem, Nick Jonas singing Jealous and calling India his ‘second home’…all this and more happened during the ‘I for India’ virtual concert, an initiative of Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar, organized to raise funds to fight the deadly Coronavirus pandemic raging across the world, including India.
Other celebrities who were a part of the concert, which was live-streamed on a social media platform on May 3, included Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Priyanka Chopra,Will Smith, Shabana Azmi, Ranveer Singh, Aishwarya Rai, and Katrina Kaif…to name just a few.
