OVIE UPDATE
The much-awaited action thriller Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, is slated to be released on August 11. Directed and cowritten by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, this gangster drama involves a troubled father-son relationship.
Gadar2, the much-awaited sequel to the 2001 blockbuster Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, will also hit the screens on August 11. Starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, Gadar2 begins right from where the story ended in Gadar.
Another sequel is all set to hit the screens. Dream Girl2, a sequel to the 2019 hit Dream Girl, is slated for an August 25 release. Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday, the comedy drama is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa.
The release of Yodha, an action flick starring Sidharth Malhotra and Disha Patani, has been postponed to December 15 this year. It was scheduled to be released in October. Directed by Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre.
