Movie Update: Delhi Belly, Satte Pe Satta, Shirin Farhad, Heroine
Among the big releases slated for July are Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly starring Imran Khan, and Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif.
Madhuri Dixit Nene will be stepping into Hema Malini’s shoes as she has agreed to star in the remake of Satte Pe Satta. Her costar in it will be Sanjay Dutt, who is also producing the film.
Farah Khan makes her acting debut as the leading lady in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next production titled Shirin Farhad, to be directed by Sanjay’s sister, Bela. It’s supposed to be a funny and quaint love story of a Parsi couple. Boman Irani is Farah’s co-star in the movie.
It is now official that Aishwarya Rai will play the leading role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. Madhur had earlier approached Kareena Kapoor but things didn’t work out as Kareena apparently wanted changes in the script.
