Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency is all set to finally open on September 6. The political drama explores a significant and controversial period in the history of Indian democracy with Kangana playing the late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
The sequel to the blockbuster Animal has been announced. Titled Animal Park, the movie starring Ranbir Kapoor will go on the floors in 2026. It’s being said that Malavika Mohanan has been roped in as the female lead.
Abhishek Bachchan has reportedly been approached to play the antagonist in King, which sees Shah Rukh Khan share screen space with his daughter Suhana Khan for the first time. Sujoy Ghosh, who wrote the story, is the director as well.
Kriti Sanon will be debuting as producer with the Netflix film Do Patti in which she also plays the female lead. This crime thriller sees Kriti reunite with Kajol (who reportedly plays a cop in it) after Dilwale, which was released in 2015.
