Modi’s swearing-in ceremony a starry affair

Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony on May 26 turned out to be quite a star-studded affair with a generous smattering of famous faces from Bollywood. Salman Khan, Dharmendra, Vivek Oberoi and Anupam Kher were all there, so were actor-politicians Hema Malini, Shatrughan Sinha and the newly elected Member of Parliament, Kirron Kher. Bappi Lahiri, Vinod Khanna, Poonam Dhillon, and Madhur Bhandarkar were also spotted among the crowd.
Invitations were also sent out to Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth, and Lata Mangeshkar but they could not attend the event.
