Actor-director Satish Kaushik is no more
A pall of gloom descended on tinsel town just a day after Holi as the well-known actor-director, Satish Kaushik, passed away on March 9 after he suffered a cardiac arrest in New Delhi. The genial Satish was last seen having a blast at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s Holi bash on March 8, after which he left for Delhi to celebrate the festival with his friends there. The actor is best remembered for his role as the cook Calendar in the movie Mr. India.
Meanwhile, a rib injury that Amitabh Bachchan suffered during the shoot of Project K dealt a blow to the annual Holi party at Jalsa, Big B’s residence. The actor even announced in his blog that there may never be Holi bashes at his house in view of his deteriorating health.
