Sheroes, a virtual fashion show organized by Enlighten India USA

For the first time ever, twenty seven models in Atlanta came together for a unique and first-of-its-kind virtual fashion show, presented by Mitesh Mehta, CEO, and Mustafa Ajmeri, President of Enlighten India USA Media House LLC. Enlighten India is a fashion and glamour magazine, which has been covering famous super models, actors, and actresses for more than a decade.

Not only was this fashion show unique for being virtual, it was also based on a very interesting theme of Sheroes (Shero is She+Hero). It was dedicated to all unsung Sheroes— women who are admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, and noble qualities.

Says the team which brought the event together, “At the time of pandemic, we all need a Shero in our lives, someone around us to help us stay positive and optimistic during this time of uncertainty. Sheroes are everyday women around us of all ages, professions and backgrounds selflessly taking time out to help and care for their loved ones, their family, and at the same time giving back to their local communities; who tirelessly juggle between work and family especially in the time of the pandemic.”

This show was virtually directed, choreographed and edited by fashion choreographer, Swati Thakur, and coordinated by Karishma Katara Bhadoria. The show will be presented live with all the participants by Enlighten India at the end of this year 2020. The winner of the show will have the opportunity to be featured on the cover page of the Enlighten India Magazine.
