Proclamation by Governor Kemp on Janmashtmi
On Monday, August 29, 2022, to mark the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtmi, Honorable Governor Brian Kemp welcomed HDH Goswami 108 Shree Dwarkeshlalji Maharajshree along with Gokuldham Atlanta temple’s devotees. Governor Kemp presented a proclamation for Janmastmi to HDH Goswami Maharajshree.

This was a historic occasion—the first time that the cherished Hindu celebration of the birth of Lord Krishna has officially been recognized in the state capital of Georgia. Millions of devotees of the path of the grace of Jagat Guru Shri Vallabhacharyaji, from all around the world, expressed their gratitude towards Honorable Governor Kemp for the best wishes received on Janmashtami.
