New Leadership for Greater Atlanta Malayalee Association
The Greater Atlanta Malayalee Association, popularly known as GAMA, elected its new office bearers at a meeting held at Global Mall on December 13, 2015.
The new Board is comprised of Prakash Joseph (President), Swapna Vacha (Vice President), Kannan Udayarajan (Secretary), Deepak Alexander (Joint Secretary), and Binu Kasim (Treasurer).
The new Executive Committee is comprised of Sunil Punathil, Sanalkumar VS, Ashwathi Dev, Sameera Yusuf, Radeesh Koonichere, Jaibu George, Aravind Rajasekharan, and Nishad Pandarathodi.
Founded in 1981, Greater Atlanta Malayalee Association is one of the oldest and largest Indian expatriate organizations in the United States. GAMA strives to preserve and promote the Malayalee’s social, cultural, educational, literary, and artistic heritage through its programs and initiatives.
