Mohan Kapur presents lively talk to Rotarians on success
Mr. Mohan Kapur (standing on the left in the photo), a leadership and organizational change strategist and motivational speaker, delivered a lively talk on December 18th to an engaged audience at the meeting of the Rotary Club of Emory - Druid Hills. In the interactive talk titled "Can Success Be Cultivated?" Kapur shared key ideas about success and motivation, including important characteristics of leaders over the centuries, transformational leadership, different types of motivations (some external and some internal), and the 4 levels of change. The talk was passionate and lively, with strong audience participation and numerous examples to crystalize understanding of the concepts and principles of success.
Mr. Kapur was introduced by Mr. Chandler Sharma, Vice President and Chair of Programs Committee; Dr. Vasant Kumar thanked Mr. Kapur at the end for the lively session and presented a memento from the Rotary Club.
