YA! Ramayana: Divine Loophole

Pixar artist Sanjay Patel has created an illustrated version of the Ramayana like no other; “an epic mythology without all the paper cuts!” featuring the hero prince Rama, the beautiful princess Sita, and the demon villain Ravana. Teens will read Patel’s graphic novel before joining Marko Geslani, assistant professor of religion at Emory, in a discussion of the book and an after-hours tour of the exhibition “Tell the Whole Story from Beginning to End:” The Ramayana in Indian Painting.
