Poets Engaged with Nationalism, Borders and Belonging This year's focus for The Racial Imaginary Institute is "Nationalism, Borders, and Belonging." In an era of resurgent and terrifying ethnic and racial nationalism around the world, how can contemporary writers and artists reimagine the concept of nation itself? What does it mean to belong? Audiences are encouraged to arrive by 6:00 p.m. as admission after 6:30 p.m. is not guaranteed. Tickets for the Ellmann Lecture Series are required, free, and limited to four per person. They can be collected beginning Tuesday, October 1 at noon by visiting the Schwartz Center for Performing Arts; by calling the Schwartz Center Box Office (404.727.5050); or by visiting tickets.arts.emory.edu. Phone and online orders will incur a six dollar convenience fee per order. For more information: emory.edu/ellmann
