Are you looking for a local event to celebrate the 73nd Anniversary of India Independence Day! Join us on August the 10th as we do just that!
Being away from our native land, it isn’t easy for anyone to hold on to their culture and celebrate different festivals and important days. There are various challenges other than just being away from their country of origin that tend to come in the way of such celebrations. But Indians in America don’t let these factors deter you from helping teach your children about the great events that formed our nation!
Doors open at 6:00 pm
Games for the children and adults alike!
Free food, drinks, and snacks! (from 6:30 – 7:30 pm)
Raising of the flag and national anthem!
Presentation from others in the Desi Community that now live in Alpharetta!
Fireworks show after sunset!
