Kareena’s luncheon date with Valerie Trierweiler

After Kajol, it was Kareena Kapoor Khan’s turn to rub shoulders with foreign dignitaries. Looking striking in a white-and-gold ensemble with a heavily embellished blouse, the actress, was one of the few women to be invited to a private luncheon hosted in honor of Valerie Trierweiler, the former companion of the French president. Saif Ali Khan’s begum and Trierweiler spoke on issues related to young children and nursing mothers suffering from malnutrition in Mumbai’s slum areas.
Trierweiler is in India on a charity mission and has recently separated from the French president.
