Purbasha, the newest Bengali organization of Atlanta, for the first time celebrated Kali Puja, with Bengalis gathering at Meadowcreek High School on 29th October to immerse themselves in aradhana (an act of glorifying god) of goddess Kali. A 450-plus crowd was treated to a concert by Bhoomi, the top Bengali band from Kolkata, to make it a night to remember.
