Friday evening began with dinner and ended with a stellar speaker, Dr. Tanmay Pramanik. Dr. Pramanik is Vice President – Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), Lynchburg, Virginia, and has spent over a decade in theological education, administration, and accreditation work. He has also led the Praise and Worship Ministry of the All Nations Deeper Life Conference for the last 18 years.

Saturday evening’s agenda presented the exceptional academician and speaker Dr. James M. Tour, of Rice University in Houston, TX. Dr. Tour is a synthetic organic chemist, the T. T. and W. F. Chao Professor of Chemistry, Professor of Materials Science and NanoEngineering and Computer Science. In 2001 Dr. Tour signed the Discovery Institute’s “A Scientific Dissent from Darwinism,” a controversial petition which the intelligent design movement uses to promote intelligent design by attempting to cast doubt on evolution. On Sunday morning, he spoke again, this time of the Bible story of “The Prodigal Son.” It tells of a son who left the comfort of his home and family with his share of wealth, but soon spent it and returned home poor and shabby—yet his father welcomed him with open arms. The story resonates with many who, having gone astray, are still loved by the Father, unconditionally.
Gospel music was performed by Dr. Tanmay Pramanik’s Worship Team musicians and singers as well as Atlanta’s Johnson Macdonal and Sharoon Farhat’s Worship Team, on alternate days.
For its silver anniversary next year, July 26 through 28, 2019, speakers are to include the celebrity Dr. Ravi Zacharias and Sanjeev (Sanj) Karla, with music by Firebrands Music from Bangalore, India.
