The program began with prayer and a message about service, peace, and harmony delivered by Mrs. Geetha Grandige of CMA and sent the Head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide. Sri Narad Nepal Guruji spoke on behalf of the Bhutanese Community. Mr. Ralph Parker explained the challenges faced by Bhutanese immigrant families and the help, resources, and opportunities available to them. Other speakers included CMA President Dr. Raghu Grandige, CMA Vice President Manhar Valandji, and Mr. Raja Ghale, President of the Nepalese Association in Southeast America.

Chinmaya Mission Atlanta (CMA) celebrated the birth anniversary of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji on May 8th at Stone Mountain Park by hosting the Bhutanese community of Atlanta. This community service project aimed to provide a networking platform for the Bhutanese community and Indian community of Atlanta. Excellent weather, a beautiful venue, tasty food, live entertainment, and various sporting events proved to be a great recipe for a successful event!
